What shipping options are available?
We ship within 7 - 14 business days.
At the moment, free shipping is only available for domestic purchases (UK only).
Shipment methods available are standard (7 -14 days) & express (72 hours).
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping is free of charge for purchases.
Returns shipping costs will also be covered by SAPIA during the Covid-19 period to help support your business. Please note that you must contact us in order to coordinate the shipment for the return. We won’t be able to reimburse you should you use your own courier for the return shipping.
How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it gets sent out to be shipped?
Handling times or as we call it on our website “Lead times” vary from brand to brand. However, we monitor lead times closely and ask all our brands to dispatch within 7-14 business days.
What to do in case my shipment hasn’t arrived?
No worries, contact us at partners@sapia.co and we will immediately sort it out and help you get the products you need for your store.
Any restrictions to where you can deliver (no P.O. boxes, not to specific states, etc.)?
A £10 extra charge applies for all Highlands postcodes (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44,PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.
Anything else that I need to know when placing an order?
Nothing more. Simply relax and let us handle it. We will contact you via email or phone to coordinate everything. Please just make sure to be present at the suggested delivery time to be able to receive your goods.
